Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

- Assist customers in navigating their American Express accounts, both online and through mobile apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is accurately logged in the system.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with efficiency.
- Comfortable using computer systems, including CRM platforms and email communication tools.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience with financial products or services is a plus but not required.
