Key Responsibilities:

Build rapport with Customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their satisfaction.
Assist Customers with account inquiries, transactions, and navigation of our online services.
Actively listen to Customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Adhere to established policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge and indSingaporetry trends to better serve our Customers.

Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
