Job Description:
Are you a Customer service enthSingaporeiast with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others? Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with Customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Provide exceptional support and assistance in a courteoSingapore and professional manner.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home improvement products and services. Be able to confidently answer Customer questions and guide them in making informed choices.
Order Processing: Efficiently manage Customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve Customer complaints and concerns, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Customer Education: Educate Customers on product features, benefits, and installation procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and detailed records of Customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive Customer experience.
ContinuoSingapore Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of our Customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic approach to Customer interactions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Singaporeing Customer service software and databases.
PrevioSingapore Customer service experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
