What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior therapy
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field
- Certified or licensed as a Behavior Therapist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, child development, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing
- Experience with autistic kids/preschoolers are preferred
