Job Overview:
As a Call Center Agent at The Elite Job, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cSingaporetomers' experience by providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound cSingaporetomer calls in a courteoSingapore and timely manner.
Listen actively to cSingaporetomers' concerns, inquiries, and feedback, and provide accurate information and solutions.
Assist cSingaporetomers in navigating our products and services, offering relevant information to address their needs.
Utilize CRM software to document interactions, update cSingaporetomer profiles, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues for swift resolution.
Meet individual and team performance targets to ensure exceptional cSingaporetomer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly telephone manner.
