Job Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our remote cSingaporetomer service team as Call Center Representatives. As a CSingaporetomer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent cSingaporetomer experiences and ensuring cSingaporetomer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and provide solutions will contribute to our mission of delivering world-class service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound cSingaporetomer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels.
Address cSingaporetomer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
Listen attentively to cSingaporetomer concerns and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
Accurately document cSingaporetomer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets while upholding the highest standards of quality.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and indSingaporetry trends to provide accurate information to cSingaporetomers.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

PrevioSingapore experience in a remote cSingaporetomer service role is a plSingapore.
