Campus Recruiter ID-6114

This is a 9-month contract, supporting a global Tech MNC in managing campus recruitment including campus outreach and career fair planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campus recruitment related initiatives such as strategy, campus outreach, campus events, campaigns, online assessment coordination and support for batch interviews
  • Enhance branding strategy and initiatives on campuses
  • Communicate events requirements and timelines to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth delivery of events and engagement initiatives
  • Update and track statistics to ensure accurate data for data extraction for internal reporting
  • Maintain cooperative, professional relationships with university faculties, career centers, talents and research associations in the region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in campus recruitment/events space
  • Demonstrable experience of setting strategic goals and tasks in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, analytical skills and executional ability.
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage campus events with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively with a diverse team
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects in various stages of completion is a plus
