Primary Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Office Administration
-Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
-Organize business travel (flights, accommodations, transport)
-Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
-Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation (IF NEEDED)
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
-Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive business matters
-Coordinate with internal staff and external partners

2. Personal Assistance
-Help manage the CEO’s personal schedule, including medical appointments, wellness activities, and social engagements
-Run personal errands (shopping, reservations, dry cleaning, etc.)
-Organize personal travel and family logistics
-Manage home-related administrative tasks (bills, maintenance appointments, etc.)
3. Light Caregiving Duties
-Provide light wellness support (reminders for hydration, medication, breaks)
-Monitor overall well-being and alert family or medical professionals if concerns arise
-Support a balanced lifestyle, including meal planning or coordinating with nutritionists/cooks
-Accompany the CEO to select appointments or events as needed. (Pasay, Batangas or Cebu)
4. Lifestyle & Comfort Management
-Ensure the CEO’s office and home environments are tidy, well-stocked, and comfortable
-Prepare beverages or light meals if needed
-Assist with wardrobe organization and personal shopping (IF NEEDED)
-Coordinate spa, fitness, or wellness appointments
5. Discretion & Trust
-Maintain a high degree of discretion and professionalism
-Build trust through consistent, reliable, and respectful support
-Handle all information and interactions with the utmost confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a personal assistant, caregiver, or executive secretary.
2. High level of emotional intelligence and patience.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4. Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.
5. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
6. Ability to handle multitasking calmly under pressure.
7. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
8. Senior High/ Degree Holder is a plus and advantage.
