Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for adherence to community standards and guidelines.
- Identify, report, and take action against inappropriate or harmful content in accordance with company policies.
- Provide constructive feedback to users where appropriate and escalate issues that require further attention to management.
- Monitor user interactions and highlight trends or issues that could enhance our moderation practices.
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent enforcement of content guidelines across the platforms.
- Stay informed about platform policies and best practices to optimize moderation effectiveness.
- Engage in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and improve moderation strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Vietnamese (native or equivalent) with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in content moderation, online community management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make timely and informed decisions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and with care.
- Proficiency in using moderation tools and understanding online safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
