 Respond to Customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.

 Assist Customers in navigating healthcare benefits, insurance plans, and coverage options.

 Resolve Customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of Customer satisfaction.

 Educate Customers on Cigna's products and services.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex Customer needs.

 Maintain accurate Customer records and documentation.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

 Strong Customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high call volumes.

 Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.

 Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

 PrevioSingapore Customer service experience is a plSingapore but not required.
