Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a variety of data into our systems and maintaining data integrity. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy will contribute to the seamless operation of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data entries into the company's databases and systems.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues.
Adhere to established data entry guidelines and procedures.
Assist in generating reports and presentations based on collected data.
Required Skills:
Proficient typing skills and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Solid understanding of data confidentiality principles.
Proficiency in Singaporeing data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills to address data-related discrepancies.
Prior experience in data entry or related roles is preferred.
