Process Improvement
- Robotic Process Automation – Leads and supports workstream automations in PSA Singapore
- Business process review – Leads and supports process improvement discussions and facilitates through digitalization, automation and AI
Sustainable Procurement
- Co-develop execution plans to implement sustainable procurement in PSA SG
- Supports through supplier surveys, evaluation, education and engagements
Due Diligence
- Co-develop execution plans to implement due diligence process in PSA SG and compare with global business units for synergies
- Leads program implementation
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong leadership, process affinity and communication skills.
- Change leadership mindset and high positive energy
- Experience with data management, dashboard development and process improvement
- Experience with E-Procurement systems, ideally Oracle Fusion will be considered favorably
- Competencies around automation and AI, with experiences in use case development
- Competencies around Sustainable Procurement and experiences in supplier engagement
