Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This includes creating plans for SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are optimized for performance and ROI. Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation: Work closely with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and email newsletters.
SEO Optimization: Improve our website's search engine visibility through on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others. Optimize ad spend to achieve maximum results within budget constraints.
Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Create engaging content and foster a strong online community.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare reports that showcase key metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
Budget Management: Responsible for budget allocation across various digital marketing channels and campaigns. Ensure efficient resource utilization and ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and results.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing best practices.
