Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates via various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our systems.
- Create a positive candidate experience and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
