Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret creative briefs and communication strategies, working collaboratively with Art Directors to ideate and develop original, impactful concepts.
- Craft compelling copy across a wide range of mediums—including social media, content, film, innovation projects, and PR—with a focus on earned creative work that resonates and gets noticed.
- Own the written expression of all creative outputs, ensuring that the voice, tone, and messaging align with the overarching creative vision.
- Partner closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, production, and account) and external collaborators to ensure a high standard of creative execution.
- Champion ideas that lead to earned media, social engagement, and culturally relevant conversations.
- Lead creative thinking throughout the production process, helping guide best-in-class storytelling and delivery.
- Navigate projects smoothly by understanding production processes and collaborating seamlessly across departments.
- Stay intellectually curious and plugged into emerging media, cultural trends, and technologies to ensure ideas remain fresh and future-forward.
