Key Responsibilities include:
Providing support for catalog creation, listing products, shipment related issues etc., handling cases related to inbounding, product issues and customer complaints, guiding partners through onboarding formalities and training them on internal tools, coordinating with partners and internal teams for catalog creation & product imaging, reviewing Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines & coordinating with internal team to fix issues for better customer experience, documenting processes & regularly updating existing SOPs, reviewing & suggesting SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Business managers, handling daily, weekly and monthly business reports, working with key internal stakeholders to improve catalog quality at creation, while providing a self-serviced and user-friendly experience to our partners.
