Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze data to support business decisions and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools (such as SQL or Python) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:
- No prior experience is required; this position is open to fresh graduates.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Flexible working hours can be arranged to accommodate specific needs, with occasional remote work options.
