About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our remote team at The Elite Job. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate seamless integration.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and career development.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements for workforce planning.
Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BSingaporeiness Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
