Job summary
As HR and recruitment coordinator, you will manage recruitment logistics and ensuring smooth HR operations.
You will coordinate candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding, and HR documentation while supporting day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Post job vacancies on internal platforms and external job boards.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment checks (e.g., background and reference checks).
- Support recruitment reporting and hiring metrics tracking.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate induction sessions and ensure new hire paperwork is complete.
- Manage HRIS data entry and updates.
- Respond to general HR queries from employees in a timely manner..

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- You have previous work experience (Ideally 1 year) in HR, recruitment or office administration
- You are willing to dive in and assist with whatever is needed
- You have demonstrated independence skills and ability to spearhead initiatives & succeed in a fast pace,
- You are hands-on and solution-oriented with the ability to manage operational areas
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills that help you to liaise, cooperate and influence with multiple stakeholders
