Job Description
This is Freelance work (like Self-Employed / Field Nation / Upwork): You will work for your own and get paid only for the activities you perform. For example, if our customer wants to install one router in their office, our team will assign that activity to you. You will need to visit the customer site and complete the task. After completing the task, you will share an invoice with our team.
SOW: IT Support Engineer
Designing and installing well-functioning computer networks, connections, and cabling.
Performing troubleshooting to system failures and identifying bottlenecks to ensure long-term efficiency of the network.
Handling daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network, and server management.
Setting up desktop computers and peripherals and testing network connections.
Extending computer support for systems’ software and hardware.
Maintaining computer peripheral devices like printers and resolving associated problems, troubleshooting, and router installation.
Networking and connecting computers within the organization to enable better communication.
Freelance Work Process (Step by Step):
Whenever our customer needs help related to Desktop / Network Support L1 and L2 in your area, our Help Desk Team will contact you over email or by phone call/WhatsApp.
Our representative (Help Desk Agent) will brief you about the problem at the customer site.
You can accept or decline the ticket based on your availability. If you decline, we will get back to you with another ticket in the future.
If you accept it, you need to visit the customer site with a few tools like a laptop with Windows 10, a few cables, one USB drive, and a strong internet connection.
Tool requirements depend on the problem/ticket.
