MANAGER, CX & UI DESIGN
[What you will be working on]
Join a team of changemakers on a mission to redesign the motoring experience – creating a future where transactions happen effortlessly, touchpoints are thoughtfully designed, and where every interaction in a delight. You will be part of a team to reinvent the One Motoring platform, building new capabilities to enable real-time billing, personalised dashboards, and intuitive user flows.
You’ll design stunning, user-centric interfaces that are frictionless. Every pixel you place will directly improve the daily lives of our citizens.

What You’ll Do
- Create Impactful Designs: Develop pixel-perfect, production-ready UI
designs using Figma. Your designs will balance stunning aesthetics with
exceptional usability.
- Champion the User: Dive into user insights, translating them into
meaningful, impactful designs. Your superpower is to turn complexity into
elegant, user-friendly solutions. Apply user research, usability testing, and
A/B testing to continually elevate your designs.
- Innovation Advocate: Deliver award-worthy, user-centred solutions. Push
boundaries creatively and strategically to advance our mission to delight
the user.
- Align & Influence: Collaborate closely with senior leaders, product teams,
and the LTA CX Office, ensuring design strategy beautifully aligns with
broader business goals.
- Drive Change Management: Work with field engagement teams to develop
a change management plan, ensuring that UI changes are desirable and
well received.
[What we are looking for]
- Experience in UI/UX design, CX strategy, and digital product design at a
leading tech company, agency, or startup.
- A persuasive communicator who can effortlessly bridge user needs and
business goals, your stakeholder management skills turn complexity into
clarity.
- Excellent skills in Figma and a solid grasp of responsive design, colour
theory, and accessible UI design principles.
- Hands-on experience in UI testing, usability research, and A/B testing,
ensuring every design iteration is better than the last.
- A visionary mindset when it comes to design, advocating design principles
with senior management, engineers, vendors, and product managers.
- Experienced in user research, usability testing, and can run design sprints
and A/B tests. Multilingual capabilities in Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil are
preferred.
