Role Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, including communicating with 3PL partners, arranging deliveries, and ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with 3PL partners to request quotations and confirm logistics arrangements.
  • Arrange for deliveries, including the preparation of necessary documentation (e.g., packing lists, shipping documents).
  • Monitor delivery timelines and ensure successful execution of logistics operations.
  • Track shipments and provide updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to address any logistics-related issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and communications with 3PL partners.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of logistics partners to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
