🌿 PA / Marketing Assistant (Freelance, Commission-Based)

At Bleu Marketing Studios, we believe in creative work that’s intentional, quiet, and powerful. We’re currently looking for a freelance PA / marketing assistant to join us for a focused season—someone who can support across content, light BD, and operations.

This is a freelance, short-term role (1–2 months)—ideal for someone based in Singapore who understands how to move with soft power, quiet precision, and care.

🌿 What You’ll Do

  • Assist with content creation and scheduling (IG, LinkedIn, website updates)
  • Help with BD research and outreach (shortlists, follow-ups, contact management)
  • Support light admin/ops (trackers, document organisation, small details that matter)
  • Be a flexible extra pair of hands during launches and key moment

🌿 Who This Might Suit

  • Someone resourceful, proactive, and a little intuitive—able to figure things out without step-by-step instructions
  • Familiar with Singapore’s F&B/retail scene is a plus
  • Comfortable using Google Drive, Canva, LinkedIn, IG, TIkTok
  • Good with light writing and understanding of brand tone (soft, storytelling-led, not hard-sell)
  • Someone who can get things done —calm, steady, focused.

🌿 The Arrangement

  • Freelance role (approx. 10–15 hours per week)
  • Commission or bonus for successful BD leads/partnerships secured
  • Flexible hours—some days may be light, some days more active, depending on project flow
  • Possibility to extend if we click
