About the Role:

Our client is an global engineering company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Admin Assistant to support their team remotely. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative and HR support background, looking for flexible working hours and project-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, data entry, and meeting coordination
  • Assist in HR administrative duties, including employee records maintenance and import labour application processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Support recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation, and MOM-related submissions
  • Handle ad hoc business support tasks as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Based in Singapore
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, including HR-related functions
