Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions, inventory, and employee schedules.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, reservations, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Communication: Act as a liaison between management, kitchen staff, and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and ordering restaurant supplies and ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
Scheduling: Assist in scheduling staff shifts, optimizing labor resources while ensuring excellent customer service.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling paperwork.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise during your shift.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management software is advantageous.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required.
