Part-time Receptionist / Administrator ID-4035

Job scope:

Manage school’s portal site as well as related CRM duties.

Communicate with parents/students/potential students through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Receive and welcome parents and students.

Introduce and promote our school classes to parents.

Onboard new students and collection of tuition fees.

Open and close the school, and ensure the premises are secure.

Perform cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

Any ad hoc basis as assigned by superior.

Requirement:
