Position Summary

We are hiring a part-time remote PR Executive to support client relationships, drive campaign execution, and ensure effective communication across all touchpoints. The role involves client servicing, media outreach, and coordination with content creators and media partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support client accounts and PR campaigns
  • Serve as the main liaison for clients
  • Assist in crafting press materials and media pitches
  • Coordinate and follow up with media and content creators
  • Track campaign progress and prepare reports
  • Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly


Requirements

  • Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in PR or communications is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in social media platforms
  • Proficient in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment


Working Hours

  • Part-time role
  • 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday (between 11:00am – 5:00pm or 12:00pm – 6:00pm)
