PT Clinic Assistant (Weekday Evenings & Saturday) ID-6452

What You'll be Doing

  • Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.
  • Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
  • Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
  • Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
  • Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
  • Operate Clinic Management System.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.

What We Are Looking for

  • Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
  • Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage

The candidate should be able to work the following schedules:

  • 2-3 Weekday evenings per week
  • Saturday mornings
