As a Restaurant Host, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our valued guests. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they step in.
Manage reservations and waiting lists, ensuring efficient table turnover while maintaining a high level of cSingaporetomer satisfaction.
Escort guests to their designated tables and present menSingapore, providing helpful information about specials and promotions.
Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth coordination of guest seating and service.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteoSingapore manner, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, keeping track of available tables and optimizing seating arrangements.
Assist in maintaining a visually appealing dining area by ensuring proper setup and ambiance.
Uphold company standards for excellence in service, always striving to exceed guest expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
