Job summary
We are looking for an experienced program manager to lead our regional efforts in APAC. You will identify and prevent e-commerce abuse by designing and implementing policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers. You will partner with numerous Amazon teams including Retail Categories, Marketplace, Product Quality & Safety, Public Relations, Legal, Compliance, and Brand Registry. You will be the primary point of contact for Amazon leadership in APAC on complex abuse topics and you will improve the way Amazon protects customers from fraud and abuse.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and drive APAC-wide defect reduction goals.
- Conceptualise and launch APAC-wide policies, strategies, and processes to protect buyers and enable business growth
- Dive deep into data to find patterns for the challenges that buyers face while shopping on Amazon.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the world
- Partner with Legal, PR, and Investigations to quickly handle and resolve critical challenges.
- Track program progress and provide visibility to leadership.

- Experience in management consulting/ retail/ e-commerce/ startup
- Experience in defect reduction, investigations and abuse roles
- Proven ability to work autonomously, triage and prioritize work, and operate in ambiguity
- Experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Graduate degree
