Senior Specialist Solutions Architect, Support and Managed Services ID-5389

DESCRIPTION

AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature designs. SSAs work with customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. SSAs work backwards from our customer's most complex business problems to build and execute technical go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.

AWS Managed Services (AMS) helps customers adopt AWS at scale by operating their AWS resources efficiently and securely using AWS services. AMS extends customer teams with operational capabilities, including monitoring, incident management, security, patch, backup, and cost optimization. As an SSA for AMS, you will leverage your cloud operations domain expertise to help customers create cloud operating models that use AWS services to ensure their workloads are well operated.

As a member of the Support and Managed Service GTM team, you will help define and deliver the technical GTM plan for AWS Managed Services (AMS) and AWS Support. You are a leader for specialists, architects, partners, and account teams around the world and set direction and standards for how we solve customer problems in the CloudOps domain. You partner with technical and business teams across AWS and bring the voice of the customer into our product development roadmap. The team sees the big picture and sets the plan so the world's most customer obsessed technical teams can make history.
