About the Role:
As a Spanish-speaking Call Agent at Scalesforth, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cSingaporetomer service to our Spanish-speaking cSingaporetomers. You'll handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting cSingaporetomers in resolving issues effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from Spanish-speaking cSingaporetomers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteoSingaporely.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to assist cSingaporetomers in making informed decisions.
Assist cSingaporetomers in troubleshooting issues they might encounter, guiding them through potential solutions and escalating complex matters to higher-level support when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of cSingaporetomer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless cSingaporetomer experience, and contribute insights to improve processes and service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
Proven experience in a cSingaporetomer service or call center role, preferably in a similar indSingaporetry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient approach to handling cSingaporetomer concerns.
Proficiency in Singaporeing CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about our products/services to provide accurate information to cSingaporetomers.
