BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of finance experience, or master’s degree and 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Act as “CFO” and drive controllership of the business.
- Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Operating Plans, Long Term Plans, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Drive accountability, develop and support the strategy of business.
- Lead ad hoc financial analyses and root cause investigations.
- Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained.
- Partner with teams across the organization to drive optimal cross functional decisions that maximizes long-term free cash flow.
- Support integration and expansion projects for new business initiatives.
- Lead the financial analysis of the Grocery business, establishing a launch Plan of Record, and drive negotiations with third party grocery partners.
- Lead key projects and finance functions across the APAC region.
A day in the life
As a senior member of the management team and Finance Partner to the Country Manager, this position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the appropriate finance direction, financial and operational controls, the necessary administrative and reporting procedures, and the required information technology systems in place to effectively grow the organization while ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency.
