About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 15 years work experience who wants to build a business in their area of expertise.
Youâve likely identified something in your industry that is currently being done inefficiently, and want to solve that problem by creating a solution you believe people are willing to pay for.
What Youâll Do
Over the next 6-12 months, weâll work with you to:
â Explore and validate high-potential business opportunities that match your expertise.
â Win your first paying customers and gain market traction.
â Develop and launch a scalable, investable business.
â Secure funding (if required) with coaching, investor introductions, and pitch support.
â Grow your startup with ongoing mentorship

Skills Required
Weâre seeking an individual with deep industry experience and a bias for action. Youâve likely built things before â even if not a company â and know how to get stuff done.
Weâre particularly interested in people who have:
- 15+ years of experience in a professional or leadership role
- Domain expertise in a specific sector or function
- Proven track record of executing complex projects or launching new initiatives
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (a strong plus)
- Experience in product management, operations, or service design (a plus)
- A strong professional network in your industry
Your Responsibilities
- Commit up to 12 hours per week to work on the business
- Weekly 1-1 calls (1 hour duration) for mentorship, planning and progress updates
- Validate real customer pain points through structured discovery and interviews
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions in the market via competitor research and analysis
- Plan the first âminimum viable businessâ version of your product or service (no-code or service-led initially - our team can help with the build)
- Doing the first sales calls and onboarding the first customers
- Work toward creating a profitable business with strong unit economics
- (If needed) Raise funding from early-stage investors, with support on pitching, fundraising and legal
- Commit to going full time on your new business once itâs generating revenue and has passed validation.
