Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Manager at The Board Line Job, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods, information, and resources throughout our supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering the final product to Customers. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will contribute directly to the company's success by optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage and lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely production and delivery of products.
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with key partners.
ContinuoSingaporely analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
Stay updated on indSingaporetry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the supply chain function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, BSingaporeiness Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (X+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in [IndSingaporetry or relevant sector].
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, with a strong aptitude for data analysis.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of indSingaporetry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
