What The Role Is
This is a temporary position in the Finance department.
Enrollment Duties
What you will be working on
- Verify and check enrollment submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Efficient data entry of enrollment information into the system.
- Send follow-up letters and correspondence to students regarding enrollment status.
- Process and batching of financial schemes’ application and InterBank GIRO application forms.

- Assist in managing phone and email inquiries during billing periods.
- Call new International Students (IS) to follow up on outstanding tuition grant applications and fees.
Financial Schemes And Aid Processing
- Handle the processing of Financial Aid applications and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Opportunity Fund Applications
- Assist in processing Opportunity Fund applications.
Documentation And Follow-up
- Follow up with students and staff for outstanding documentation.
Administrative Support
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Undertake collection duties as necessary.
What We Are Looking For
- Tertiary qualification with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for handling inquiries and follow-ups.
- Good time managing skills and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
