About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for identifying even the slightest discrepancies? The Board Line Job is seeking experienced QA Testers to join our freelance team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our clients' projects before they hit the market. Your expertise will contribute directly to the success of cutting-edge products, making your mark in the world of software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify software defects and functional inconsistencies.
Perform thorough regression testing to validate bug fixes and software enhancements.
Document and report test results, clearly communicating issues and resolutions.
Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide valuable input from a testing perspective.
Stay up-to-date with indSingaporetry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, and documenting results.
Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach and ability to meticuloSingaporely identify and document defects.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
Desired Skills:
ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Knowledge of programming languages and scripting for test automation.
PrevioSingapore freelance or remote work experience.
