Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails, calendars, and scheduling requests

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events across time zones

  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage digital files

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

  • Support social media posting, content scheduling, and basic editing

  • Conduct online research and compile findings for client use

  • Handle customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries and managing bookings

  • Invoice preparation and tracking (depending on client needs)

  • Provide other general virtual administrative support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)

  • Comfortable using communication and project management tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana)

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently

  • High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistant role

  • Prior experience working with international clients, particularly in Singapore, is a strong advantage

  • Freelance or remote work experience preferred
