Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of American Express products and services to effectively address Customer questions and concerns. Stay updated on changes and updates within the company.
Problem Solving:
Identify and analyze Customer issues, working diligently to find solutions that meet their needs while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all Customer interactions to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Documentation:
Record and maintain detailed and accurate Customer information and interactions in our systems.
