Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch Customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with purchases both in-store and online.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Walmart's extensive product offerings to guide Customers effectively.
Complaint Resolution: Handle Customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining store inventory levels and ensuring accurate product availability.
Cash Handling: Process Customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and electronic transactions.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all Customers.
Customer Feedback: Collect and relay Customer feedback to management for continuoSingapore improvement.
