About the Role

At Kelly, we are redefining the future of talent acquisition. As an APAC Sales Director you’ll play a critical role in driving our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) global expansion by leading business development across multiple geographies. We’re looking for a strategic sales leader with proven experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline both with in-region and with multi-region prospects. This is a remote role, but we're seeking a candidate located in either Singapore or Sydney with experience selling into the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand market share, positioning KellyOCG as a differentiated and strategic RPO provider
  • Own and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, while engaging support from internal partners to support profitable and client-centric strategies
  • Collaborate with Client Leads, Delivery, and Vertical Leaders to identify and execute account expansion initiatives, including acquisitions, innovation-led solutions, and geographic or functional growth
  • Build and nurture deep, multi-level client and industry relationships, leveraging networks to uncover new opportunities and establish KellyOCG as a trusted talent partner across key market verticals
  • Monitor labour market trends, emerging workforce models, and industry best practices to inform consultative sales conversations and proactively address client challenges
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and client engagements, reinforcing the company’s brand presence and thought leadership in the talent solutions space

Requirements

  • 10+ years of success in identifying and closing RPO business across priority APAC markets, not limited to Singapore and Sydney
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-level consultative sales cycles, aligning client workforce challenges with innovative and scalable RPO solutions
  • Track record of shaping and executing collaborative, cross-functional sales strategies in a matrixed or global organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with internal executives, peers, and operational leaders
  • Proven ability to close deals in Singapore and Australia; Candidates with additional experience selling into India, Japan, Hong Kong, and ASEAN markets will be preferred
  • Strong organisational acumen with the ability to prioritize complex opportunities and balance strategic oversight with execution excellence
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to evaluate market dynamics to guide sales priorities
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel ~20%
