Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compounding sweet and savory flavors for flavorists and sampling.
  • Ensuring a sufficient stock of raw materials for compounding.
  • Maintaining good lab management and hygiene practices.
  • Assisting in setting up material dilutions for tasting.
  • Assisting in sample dispatch.
  • Ensuring the correct handling and disposal of raw materials.
  • Performing basic analytical support (Flashpoint, SG, and RI) for flavor creation and regulatory purposes.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to withstand strong odors.
  • Possess a keen sense of taste and smell.
  • Have a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with an open-minded approach.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
