Develops and executes labor and training strategies, as well as drives supplier capability development through innovation and collaboration. Maintains advanced knowledge of industry and market dynamics, and knowledge of supplier labor and training capabilities to drive supply chain solutions ahead of Intel's needs.

Leverages and applies strong understanding of contracting and negotiating, risk mitigation, and supplier relationship management to manage supplier relationships and provide sustainable cost, quality, labor, and training solutions with adherence to procurement policies. Ensures that the supplier labor and training execution meets the business demand and cost requirements necessary for Intel to develop great products/services for its customers.

Job Requirments:

  • Master's Degree with 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 3 + years of semiconductor industry experience
  • Experience with managing internal training programs and supplier class development.
  • Experience in negotiating and securing supplier labor for tool installation and factory sustaining.
  • Experience in negotiation and managing contracts with suppliers.
  • Experience in managing supplier performance against critical metrics to meet company needs.
