Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

  • Participate in a structured rotation across various business functions in your home country during the first year.  
  • Develop and apply skills with increased autonomy and market exposure in the second year.  
  • Present and solve a business problem for the company.  
  • Transition to a junior trader role in the Global Trade Team upon successful program completion.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:  

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree.  
  • A strong interest in the commodity trading business.  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a drive for success.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • High ethical standards and integrity.  
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.  
  • Willingness to accept international assignments on short notice.
