About the Role

We are hiring a Full-Time Remote Telemarketer to promote electricity plans to businesses in Singapore. This role is fully work-from-home, with provided customer call lists, structured training, and strong team support.

You’ll engage customers over the phone, explain product benefits, collect electricity bills (required before sign-up), and track your leads and conversions. The role is performance-driven, offering a competitive base salary plus attractive incentives when you meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call prospective customers from provided lists and introduce electricity plans.

  • Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.

  • Collect electricity bills from customers as part of the sign-up process.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Work towards monthly sales targets with ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Confident, persuasive, and friendly phone manner.

  • Strong communication and listening skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home.

  • Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage (training will be provided).

Salary & Incentives

💰 Base Salary: $1,500/month
✨ Performance Bonuses: Up to $1,600 commission
