The company specializes in premium skincare products and is focused on expanding its market reach, optimizing its Amazon strategy, and scaling operations. The brand is now looking for a highly experienced Amazon Brand Manager to take ownership of its marketing, team leadership, and growth initiatives.

Position Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven Senior Amazon Brand Manager for Beauty & Skincare to lead and scale our Amazon business. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazons ecosystem, including PPC campaign management, listing optimization, and product research.

In addition to hands-on execution, this role involves leading and scaling the internal marketing team (graphic designer, project manager, and virtual assistants) to ensure smooth operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and has a proven track record in scaling brands on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Brand Management & Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, traffic, and brand visibility.

Optimize Amazon listings, A+ Content, and storefront for maximum conversion.

Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities.

PPC & Advertising Strategy:

Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for profitability and growth.

Analyze advertising performance data to refine bidding and targeting strategies.

Stay updated with Amazon algorithm changes and PPC best practices.


Team Leadership & Process Management:

Oversee a team including a graphic designer, project manager, and virtual assistants.

Delegate tasks and streamline workflow using ClickUp and Google Drive.

Ensure the team is aligned with KPIs and brand objectives.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Use tools like Scale Insights and Helium 10 to analyze sales data.

Track key performance metrics and report on brand performance.

Implement strategies for continuous optimization and revenue growth.


Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

3+ years of experience managing brands on Amazon.

Familiarity with AI and leveraging AI capabilities to enhance their workflows. Ideal LLM tools such as ChatGPT or Claude or any other generative AI platform.

Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, and listing optimization.

Experience leading and managing remote marketing teams.

Proficiency in Helium 10, Scale Insights, Google Drive, and ClickUp.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).


Nice-to-Haves:
